Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp services are facing technical glitches all around the world. The issue appears to be world wide, with people complaining about the issue is prevalent across Asia, Europe, USA and Africa as well. People are not able to upload their pictures on Instagram and the WhatsApp chats also seems to be frozen.
It has been reported at 8:30 PM IST that all the platforms have been inactive for about an hour in India. Whereas the people from Zimbawae and Scotland claims that the apps have gone down completely.
Update At 9:48PM IST, Facebook’s global Twitter handle broadcast that it is aware of the issue, and is working on a fix. The Facebook statement read, “We’re aware that some people are having trouble uploading or sending images, videos or other files on our apps. We’re sorry for the trouble and are working to get things back to normal as quickly as possible.” As of right now, the issues still persist on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp on both Android and iOS.
